Cancelation & Refund Policy

At Assistbi Solutions Private Limited (“Assistbi”, “we”, “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which subscription cancellations, service discontinuations, and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests for software subscriptions or services must be made within 48 hours of purchase/activation to be eligible for a refund.
  • Once a subscription period has begun and services are active, cancellations will apply only to the next billing cycle. The current billing cycle remains non-refundable.
  • For custom solutions, enterprise contracts, or add-on services, cancellation terms will follow the specific agreement signed with the customer.

2. Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase and services have not yet been fully utilized.
  • If there are verified technical issues on our platform that prevent you from accessing core features, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable time.
  • If a duplicate payment has been made in error.

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

  • The subscription has been used substantially before the cancellation request.
  • Service issues are due to customer-side factors (e.g., internet connectivity, incompatible devices).
  • The request falls outside the stated cancellation/refund window.

3. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • The actual time for funds to reflect may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Trial Period & Demo

  • Where available, Assistbi may provide a free trial or demo to help customers evaluate our services before purchase.
  • We encourage customers to utilize trials to ensure suitability, as post-trial purchases are considered final except under the refund conditions stated above.

5. Disputes

  • In case of disputes related to cancellations or refunds, please contact us at support@assistbi.com.
  • Our support team will review the request and respond with a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
