Assistbi Solutions Private Limited (“Assistbi”, “we”, “our”) provides software, digital services, and subscription-based solutions. As our products are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved. This policy explains how service delivery works for our customers.
1. Service Delivery
- Upon successful payment confirmation, access to purchased services (subscriptions, dashboards, tools, or add-ons) will be activated and delivered digitally to the email ID or account registered with us.
- In most cases, activation is instant. However, certain services (e.g., enterprise onboarding, integrations, or custom solutions) may take up to 1–3 business days depending on configuration requirements.
- Confirmation of service activation will be sent via email/SMS to the contact information provided at the time of registration.
2. No Physical Shipping
- Since all Assistbi products are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping of goods or materials.
- Any mention of “shipping” on invoices, confirmations, or policies refers only to the digital delivery/activation of services.
3. Service Access
- Customers will be able to access purchased services through their registered account on Assistbi platforms (web or mobile, if applicable).
- For enterprise or team accounts, access credentials will be shared with the designated administrator via secure communication.
4. Delays & Exceptions
- While we strive to ensure instant access, delays may occur due to:
- Payment gateway processing issues.
- Incomplete/incorrect registration details.
- Additional verification requirements for enterprise/large transactions.
- Assistbi is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, email service providers, or internet connectivity issues at the customer’s end.
